This policy explains how Medha WellTech handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
- What you send us. When you submit an enquiry we receive your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the message you write, along with the product or service the enquiry concerns.
- How the site is used. Page addresses, the page you arrived from, approximate device type and browser. IP addresses are masked before they are stored — we keep the network, not the address. The identifier that links one visit’s pages together is re-salted every day, so it cannot be used to follow anyone from one day to the next.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell data to anyone, for any purpose.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry, quote, arrange a demonstration or raise a service call.
- To register equipment for warranty with the original manufacturer, where that manufacturer requires it.
- To meet statutory record-keeping obligations for medical device supply.
- To understand which parts of this site are useful, in aggregate.
Submitting the enquiry form is your consent to be contacted about that enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us, or by writing to the address below.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is seen by our own staff. It is shared outside the company in only three situations: with the OEM principal where warranty registration or a technical escalation requires it; with the service engineer attending your site; and where the law compels disclosure. Each is limited to what that recipient needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for the statutory period applicable to medical device records. Site usage data is aggregated into daily counts; the individual records behind it are short-lived and carry no identifying address.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot do what you have asked and why.
Grievances
If something about our handling of your data concerns you, write to us first — most of these are a misunderstanding that a conversation settles. If we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
When this policy changes materially we update the review date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that date means the current version applies.
